Born and raised in Valencia, Venezuela, where he completed his DDS degree in 2002. His passion for Endodontics led him to San Luis PotosÃ, Mexico, where he received his Master in Science in Endodontics degree in 2005.
Dr. Manzur became a full-time lecturer and clinical instructor at the University of Toronto from 2005 to 2008 and joined Western University as an Associate Professor in 2009, where he served as Head of Endodontics at Schulich Dentistry from 2009 to 2014.
In 2012 he became a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists in Canada in Endodontics. He continued teaching part time until 2016.
Dr. Manzur currently dedicates most of his time to private practice and continues to lecture as a guest speaker at University of Toronto and different local and international organizations. He has dictated lectures and continuing education courses around the American continent for the past 20 years, including countries like Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Venezuela and Peru.
